Returns & Refunds

1 - Standard Warranty Period

At ADA EU Iberica, we stand by the quality and durability of our products, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In accordance with EU consumer law, all products sold by the ADA EU Iberica Online Store come with a minimum 3-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

 

2 - Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, ADA EU Iberica will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, ADA EU Iberica may choose to offer a reduction in price or a full refund.

 

3 - Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These can include, but are not limited to, damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by natural disasters.

 

4 - Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number, the billing name, the date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Please attach a copy of your purchase invoice as well.

 

5 - Shipping Costs

In accordance with EU law, the cost of returning a product for warranty service or repair is typically the responsibility of the customer. This means that you will need to cover the cost of shipping to return the product to us. However, if upon inspection, the product is confirmed to be defective due to materials or workmanship within the warranty period, ADA EU Iberica will cover the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

 

6 - Legal Rights

This warranty policy does not affect your legal rights under EU consumer law. You may have additional rights under the applicable laws in your country, which this policy cannot change.

 

7 - Service Fees

We will charge an administration fee of 10€ for the following services:

  1. Spare Parts ReplacementThis includes the replacement of any components. Please note, this fee only covers the service. The cost of any parts used will be invoiced separately.

  2. No-Fault DiscoveryThis fee applies if a product is claimed to be faulty, but upon investigation, it is found to be functioning correctly within the warranty period.

  3. Fault InspectionThis fee is applicable for the inspection of a product to determine the cause of a fault after the warranty period has expired.

  4. Invoice CopyIf you lose the invoice for your purchase, we can provide a duplicate. Please provide the order number, billing name, order date, and list of products purchased.
