Ordering
1 - Placing an Order
To place an order, select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you will be asked for certain information required to process your order. You may review and amend your order at any time before finally submitting it. Submitting your order represents an offer from you to purchase the product(s).
2 - Order Confirmation
After you have placed your order, we will send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is merely a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3 - Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order, and the completion of the contract between you and ADA EU Iberica, will take place when we send you an email confirming that the products you have ordered are being dispatched, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: the product ordered being out of stock, our inability to obtain authorization for your payment, identification of a pricing or product description error, or your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4 - Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the goods have already been dispatched, you can return them in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5 - Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
6 - Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order.
7 - Product Availability
All products for sale on the ADA EU Iberica website are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.
